The Stamp Duty Rates* that I talk about in the video are:
Purchase price of property Rate of Stamp Duty Rate for 2 or more
£0 - £125,000 0%** 3%
£125,001 - £250,000 2% 5%
£250,001 - £925,000 5% 8%
£925,001 - £1,500,000 10% 13%
Over £1,500,001 12% 15%
* Rates correct as at 28th May 2020.
** First Time Buyers pay no Stamp Duty on anything up to £300,000.
