An example of finding property deals was given by Valter who explained how he has 15 methods depending on the type of property it is. He talks in detail about how he has managed to systemise his method and makes use of an effective CRM system to follow up property / real estate investors. Dave highlights Linkedin as a platform for property sourcing made easy. He states its importance as a professional network where you are able to come across a lot of existing investors or Company Directors with a lot of spare cash. Arthur shares his tips for preparing yourself ahead of negotiations and his biggest lessons that he has learnt from negotiating. He encourages others to not come across as 'too proactive' within the Covid 19 property market, and to dedicate time to build relationships with family and agents instead.
