Property investing in the UK (pretty much) came to a grinding halt with the Coronavirus lockdown
For the past couple of months...
- Estate and Letting Agents have been closed
- There's been (virtually) no viewings
- Very few sales
- Tenants haven't been able (or willing) to move
- Landlords haven't really been able to visit their properties
- Even tradespeople have been unable to carry out (some) basic maintenance
- etc. etc. etc.
But today, the government changed (slightly) the lock-down legislation and suddenly the wheels have (very slowly) started moving again
